DIY Chocolate Cups… Healthy + Easy, just amazing.

So sweet, so easy, so amazing…

This is one of those 3 ingredients recipes that we all sweet tooth wannabe healthy people loooooove.

All you need is probably already in your kitchen: maple syrup, coconut oil and cocoa powder. Other than that you will need some molds, I didn’t have anything specific for chocolate bars or figures, so what I use in this cases is my silicon baking cups (ikea ones do a perfect job).

– 1/3 Cup coconut oil (melted)

– 1/3 Cup cocoa powder

– 3 Tbsp of maple syrup

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and pour into molds, I used one Tbsp of the mix per cup, tap them a little so they spread, let them sit for 2 minutes and then add any desire topping (optional), this time I used some unsweetened dry coconut, and them freeze for about 20 minutes.

And voilá! Ready to eat, you can keep them either in the fridge or freezer.
